- Manage HR function to support organization’s vision and strategy.
- Bring improvements in HR Policies and procedures to improve HR operations.
- Strive to build an amazing culture to develop organization as best employers.
- Ensure execution and compliance of all company HR related policies at the head office, warehouse and stores all over Pakistan.
- Talent Management: Recruitment, retention and succession planning etc.
- Compensation Management: Goals Management, appraisal process, KPIs, scorecard, Rewards and Recognition.
- Grievance Management: Manage Employee Grievances and conduct Counselling sessions as and when required.
- Communication Management: manage Internal Communications [Verbal/Written].
- Ensure timely execution of HR operational tasks.
- Amazing Leadership skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
