Job Description:

• Ensure effective financial control environment is established and maintained over the Bank’s operations and financial resources
• Ensure smooth conduct of financial operations in accordance with approved policies and procedures
• Manage day to day Bank’s fund position, ensuring meeting disbursements funds requirements and other operational payments
• Assist CFO in finalization of annual financial budget of the Bank
• Co-ordination and culmination of audits and external reviews of internal audit, statutory auditors, regulators and tax authorities
• Oversee the tax compliance of the Bank
