- Receives and routes all incoming / outgoing calls / messages to concerned persons.
- Maintains a current record of direct / extension and important contact numbers.
- Greets guests / visitors / callers and furnishes requisite information / directions.
- Gives general information in response to public inquires.
- Sorts and distributes / dispatches incoming / outgoing mail and deliver messages.
- To handle routine administrative issues of office.
- Pleasant Personality and decent demeanor.
- Good English and Urdu Communication Skills.
- Good knowledge and exposure of MS Office, Internet, email etc.
