Our client a reputed name in Fertilizer Industry is looking to hire Head of Marketing & Business Development for their Lahore office.
- Responsible for effectively shaping and implementing marketing & sales strategy for ensuring enhanced product penetration, greater visibility and revenue maximization; effectively anticipating and uncovering new opportunities and translating them into business initiatives.
- Oversee the marketing, sales, distribution, business development, famer technical services and branding functions
- Develop and implement long term strategic direction and ensure that proper marketing plans and sales strategies are in place for achievement of long, medium and short term objectives
- Develop new markets for the Company products and advice on territory mapping for greater product imprint
- Keep abreast with the current trends in local and international fertilizer markets and ensure efficient market intelligence is available at all times for effective decision making
- Enhance corporate image and reputation of the Company through branding and PR activities
- Ensure protection of Company’s copyrights, patents and intellectual property rights
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant government agencies.
- Manage, train and motivate sales and marketing teams
- Develop and execute Farmers education and counselling programs
- Any other task assigned by CEO or the Board of Directors

|Qualification||MSc in Agriculture (Soil Sciences, Agronomy, Crop Physiology) or/and MBA in Marketing from a reputable university|
|Experience||At least 15 years of Fertilizer or related industry experience out of which 8-10 years should be in a leadership role.|
