- Maintain talent pool for all key positions of store
- Manage employee onboarding cycle
- Weekly reporting of recruitment to the line manager
- Coordinate with manager to resolve issues related to day to day operations (Attendance, leaves, applications, loans, uniforms, marketing etc.)
- Ensure execution and compliance of HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances
- Conduct training and counselling sessions as and when required.
- Data entry in HR software
- Daily other tasks as required by the management
