- Deliver Volume, Value Business & Profitability against set monthly / annual targets.
- To establish / expand Brand trading business through new chain store/locations inclusion and growth from existing customers.
- Execution of monthly promotion with creativity at each stores in alignment with our Marketing and Collection departments.
- Review of business with Customers and Collection Manager on driving the categories with their support every Month.
- Driving the promotion in the chain store locations to have edge over the competition on visibility.
- Driving the KPI’s with Customers to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of Data Sharing, Achieving the monthly Target, and timely payments).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
- Should be handling KAM role.
- Should be open for travelling and should have good networking presentation and team management skills.
